Full-Service Marketing Retainer & Web Redesign

Enterprise Stewardship · Faith-Integrated Business Coaching · Wichita, Kansas

Worked alongside the Enterprise Stewardship team through an ongoing marketing partnership to support with marketing strategy and execution, plus a full redesign of their Wix website.

THE CHALLENGE

Enterprise Stewardship had a compelling framework and a founder with legendary authority in the faith-integrated business space (Pete Ochs), but their digital presence, content systems, and marketing infrastructure weren't built to match the depth of what they were offering.

They were showing up inconsistently online, had no content engine running, and lacked the automation and nurture sequences that turn curious visitors into engaged clients.

THE APPROACH

I started working with Enterprise Stewardship in October 2024. We launched with a strategy session and then I dove in to execute on immediate marketing needs. We had a great rhythm going.

In October 2025, they invited me out to their home base, so I flew out to Wichita for an in-person strategy session. I got to spend time with the team, see the operational reality of their work up close, and tour the Seat King facility, which is housed inside of a maximum security prison! It put a lot of things into perspective. It really helped me stop abstracting the client's mission and start working with it directly.

On the strategic side, we identified automated follow-up sequences for resource downloads, a Wix site that wasn't doing justice to the framework, inconsistent visual identity, and zero YouTube or newsletter infrastructure. The buyer persona work and customer journey mapping revealed that Enterprise Stewardship's best-fit audience — Christian CEOs and business owners who want to integrate faith and work at a serious level — needed content that went deeper than surface-level inspiration. They needed the framework. They needed practical tools. They needed consistent touchpoints to build trust over time.

Enterprise Stewardship exists to help business leaders run their companies the way a faithful steward would — with biblical conviction underneath every financial decision, hire, and capital commitment. Their founder, Pete Ochs, built the organization's framework around four principles: Honor God, Serve People, Pursue Excellence, and Steward Capital. He developed that framework over decades of building businesses where he put the stewardship model to work with great success. Enterprise Stewardship's coaching and consulting services carry that same weight. What they do is serious, and the leaders they serve are serious about doing business differently.

The problem, when I first came on board in October 2024, was that their marketing didn't reflect any of that depth. Their website wasn’t clear, there was no content engine, and their social media was lacking. The tools and frameworks they'd developed weren't connected to any nurture system. Someone could download a resource and fall into a complete digital void. For an organization whose entire model is about intentional stewardship, the gap between the quality of their thinking and the quality of their marketing infrastructure was significant.

Over twenty months, I stepped into the role of full marketing partner — rebuilding the website, launching and managing The Enterprise Playbook newsletter, producing blog content rooted in their framework, standing up a YouTube channel and LinkedIn presence, and building the automation backbone that connects their digital tools into something that functions as a growth system. The engagement ended as a clean handoff: Enterprise Stewardship now has a newly hired in-house team member who can maintain and build on everything we put in place. That's a good outcome, even when it's a hard one to let go of.

Results & Impact

This engagement established a marketing infrastructure Enterprise Stewardship can build on for years.

LinkedIn following grew by 58%, driven by consistent content management and a publishing strategy rooted in their framework. The Enterprise Playbook newsletter more than doubled its subscriber base, while open rates climbed from 21.8% to 51.9%. That’s nearly 2.5 times the industry average for coaching and consulting organizations.

A newly published website, active social and video channels, and CRM automations connecting their digital tools into a true growth system round out what was built. Their in-house team didn't inherit a project. They inherited a running operation.

The work honored what Enterprise Stewardship teaches: faithful stewardship of every resource, every decision, every relationship. That's the standard the marketing was held to, and it shows.

OUTCOME

Enterprise Stewardship ends this engagement with a newly published website, a running newsletter cadence, CRM automations connecting tool downloads and subscriber activity to their pipeline, a YouTube and LinkedIn presence producing consistent content, and a performance dashboard for ongoing review.

Their marketing infrastructure — the kind of foundation that typically takes years to build — is complete and handed off cleanly.
